Ms. Meharry's expertise includes collection, analysis and presentation of quantitative data, forecasting, budgeting, and financial system design. An experienced professional, Ms. Meharry specializes in productivity and profitability analysis, capacity planning, accounts receivable performance analysis, and financial modeling, including profit and loss and cash flow projections.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ms. Meharry's work for physician practices clearly analyzes and quantifies practice and physician performance, models impact of provider capacity changes or operational improvements on practice volume, and projects the financial implications of changes on practice profitability. She also creates mechanisms so practices can monitor practice performance in comparison to projections, and recognize changes in the environment or practice circumstances that will affect financial outcomes.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
Ms. Meharry has completed projections for large and small medical practices and developed tools and reports to track productivity, profitability, growth and cash management. Her analysis of practice and industry data has helped forecast growth patterns, project revenue and expenses, calculate the need for outside financing, and estimate return on investment. She has quantified expected revenue increases resulting from improvements in revenue cycle processes. She has also developed detailed staffing plans, integrating quantitative work load assumptions with optimal work flows, to ensure cost-efficient allocation of support staff resources.

HISTORY:
Prior to joining The Croes•Oliva Group in 1994, Ms. Meharry was assistant to the business manager of a Fortune 500 subsidiary, which was expanding into international markets; a financial analyst for an entrepreneurial, multi-division company which was sold to a multi-national firm as a result of vigorous growth; and a lawyer for government agencies in Helsinki, Finland.

Ms. Meharry earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with high honors, from Simmons College, Graduate School of Management in Boston. In addition, she holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku in Finland.
